You are automatically entitled to filing and recordkeeping services for all legal documents and agreements prepared by us. All such documents are kept and maintained at our premises. However, for legal documents or agreements, made privately between parties including the will, they may also be recorded and maintained at our office upon request of the parties. Said documents, filed as minutes of the notary public, also benefit from certainty with respect to the date they are made and are vested with conclusive legal force.

According to Article 14 of the Law on Archive dated 13 October 2005, notarial documents are public documents which must be deposited and maintained at the office of the notary public for a period of 40 years from their dates.
